When you purchase an audit we collect your email and billing details (processed by Stripe; we never see your full card number), plus what you submit on the intake form: your listing URL, screenshots of your listing, your rate range, your market, and your goals.
We also use the Meta Pixel on this site, which collects standard web analytics and advertising data (pages viewed, actions taken such as form submission or checkout, and identifiers Meta uses for ad measurement). See Meta's own privacy documentation for how Meta processes that data.
To deliver the service or sample you requested, to respond to you about it, and to measure whether our advertising works. That's it.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers needed to operate this site (form processing, payments, hosting, and Meta for ad measurement, as described above). We do not send marketing email beyond the service you requested unless you separately opt in.
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet our legal obligations. Email us and we will delete your data on request.
